You don’t have to navigate high-conflict divorce alone—and you don’t have to lose yourself in the process.
I work with mothers navigating high-conflict divorce who want to remain calm, clear, and strategically grounded—especially when emotions are high and decisions carry real weight.
I specialize in supporting Christian women and homeschool families who want to protect both their children’s stability and their educational path during this transition.
Divorce is not just a legal process. It’s an emotional one. And how you show up in it directly impacts your children, your credibility, and your future.
Many of the women I work with are intelligent, capable, and deeply devoted mothers—but find themselves overwhelmed, triggered, or reacting in ways that don’t reflect who they truly are. In high-conflict situations, those moments matter.
That’s where our work begins.
We focus on regulating emotional triggers at the root level, understanding the patterns driving your reactions, and shifting them—so you can respond with clarity instead of reacting from old wounds. From there, we move into strategic thinking, intentional communication, and decisions that hold up over time.
I’ve walked through high-conflict relational dynamics myself, and that perspective shapes how I support my clients.
My professional background strengthens that work. I am a Certified Divorce Coach and relationship coach trained in Integrated Attachment Theory, along with a Florida-certified teacher with over 20 years in education. I’ve served as an academic coach and trained educators—particularly in the area of reading and comprehension—which gives me a deep understanding of how children learn, process, and respond under stress.
I am also a homeschool evaluator and longtime homeschool educator. I understand what it takes to maintain educational continuity, structure, and credibility—especially when that stability is being challenged. I help mothers think strategically about how to protect their homeschool journey while remaining child-focused and aligned with long-term outcomes.
For those who share a Christian faith, I offer faith-integrated support as part of the coaching process—when it aligns with your goals and values.
This work is grounded in one core principle: operating with integrity, regardless of the circumstances around you.
Because you cannot control the outcome—but you can control how you show up. That changes everything.
Grace under pressure isn’t weakness. It’s strength, practiced intentionally.
