People choose to work with a divorce coach at many different stages — not just after a decision has already been made.

Some women reach out while they are contemplating divorce, feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or stuck between staying and leaving. Divorce coaches are not pro-divorce.

In fact, I am pro-marriage. Coaching at this stage can help you slow down, gain clarity, and make decisions that align with your values — rather than acting out of fear or pressure.

Others work with a divorce coach during the divorce process to help regulate emotions, stay organized, communicate strategically, and navigate high-conflict dynamics with clarity and integrity.

Many women also continue coaching after divorce to process what they’ve been through, rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and create a clear plan for the next chapter of their lives and their family.

Divorce coaching isn’t about pushing you toward a specific outcome — it’s about supporting you through every phase so you can move forward with clarity, intention, and steadiness.

I offer a unique blend of support as a certified divorce and relationship coach, with specialized training in Integrated Attachment Theory. My work goes beyond surface-level coping strategies—I help you identify and resolve the core emotional patterns that drive reactivity, so you can respond with clarity instead of being controlled by triggers.

This is not just emotional support. This is strategic, regulated, grounded decision-making—especially when the stakes are high.

What makes this work different is how all of the pieces come together:

Attachment-Based, Root-Level Work
We don’t just manage emotions—we address the underlying patterns driving them, so your responses become steady, intentional, and aligned with who you truly are.

Child-Focused, Stability-Driven Approach
Every decision is filtered through what creates the most stability, consistency, and emotional safety for your children—because how you show up now directly impacts their long-term well-being.

Specialized Support for Homeschooling Mothers
With over 20 years in education and extensive experience within the homeschool community, I understand both the emotional and practical realities of maintaining structure, documentation, and consistency during divorce. I help you protect and navigate your child’s education with clarity and confidence.

Strategic Support for High-Conflict Dynamics
This work is designed specifically for high-conflict situations—helping you regulate in the moment, communicate effectively, and make decisions that hold up over time, including in legal and co-parenting contexts.

Faith-Based Perspective Available
For women who desire it, I integrate a Christian, values-based perspective into our work—grounding decisions in truth, integrity, and peace without pressure or performance.

This work allows you to remain calm when others are reactive, clear when things feel chaotic, and grounded in decisions you can stand on—both personally and within the legal process.

Because you don’t need to control everything to move forward well. You need to be steady in how you show up.

Divorce is both a legal and emotional process—and how you show up in it matters.

Your attorney manages the legal strategy. A divorce coach helps you remain clear, regulated, and intentional so your decisions reflect your long-term goals, not temporary emotion.

In high-conflict situations, especially, the ability to pause, think clearly, and communicate in a calm, child-focused manner directly impacts how you are perceived by court professionals. Coaching supports you in organizing your thoughts, identifying meaningful patterns, and responding with credibility and control.

It also allows you to use your attorney more effectively—keeping legal time focused, efficient, and strategic.

A divorce coach doesn’t replace your legal team. They strengthen how you show up within it.

No — and it’s not meant to.

Your attorney is essential for legal strategy and representation. A divorce coach supports you alongside your attorney by helping you stay organized, emotionally regulated, and prepared.

Many clients find that coaching actually extends the life of their retainer, because they’re able to approach legal conversations more efficiently — asking clearer questions, staying focused, and using their attorney’s time wisely.

Divorce coaching is different from both therapy and legal representation.

Therapy focuses on healing the past and processing emotions. Legal professionals focus on the law, filings, and court outcomes. Divorce coaching sits in the space between — helping you think clearly, stay regulated, and make strategic decisions in real time.

I don’t provide therapy or legal advice. I act as a thinking partner — helping you organize information, prepare for legal conversations, communicate intentionally, and stay grounded when emotions run high so you can move through the process with clarity and integrity.

Most clients start with 8 weeks (one session per week). This timeframe allows space for assessing your goals, addressing your obstacles, and making headway on your journey.

Every journey is unique, but clients often see greater clarity, healthier boundaries, stronger communication, and more peace in their relationships within weeks.

Flexible, structured payment plans available to support your investment (typically split into 3–4 installments).

Absolutely. What you share stays between us.
